Co-owners Monica Hartlief and Susan de Lima collectively have over 13 years in Playa del Carmen so when they started Latido de Mexico in 2006 they were destined to succeed. Susan works on the catering and concierge side of the business and Monica handles all rentals and property management clients. They both pride themselves on personalized “all Inclusive service”, and are hands on with their clientele personally showing up to meet and greet each client and guest. Susan has personally developed all of her recipes and menus that are offered, and she works with local nationals that are individually trained in the field to pay attention to detail in terms of personalized and professional service. Susan focuses on developing menus that highlight fresh local ingredients with unique flavors from the area. Susan can create an intimate dinner for a small group, or a wedding for up to 200 guests all the while still keeping top-notch service and professionalism as the focal point of each event.  Read more...
