With spending an hour at the post office (mostly waiting around) to get a PO Box and mail a lawyer contract, I stopped by my favorite cupcake bakery in view of the fact that it was only a few blocks farther and who doesn’t like cupcakes? I bought a Red Velvet, a Strawberry (with a huge strawberry mounted on top, drizzled with chocolate syrup), and this vanilla with buttercream frosting (and rainbow sprinkles!). Dropped it off at Kara’s place for the girls to snack on even as they endlessly debated where to go for a instant Caribbean vacation on the cheap. (Answer: Dominican Republic, 3 days, all inclusive, non-stop flight, 8 per person. Wow.)
